Competitiveness: Von der Leyen, ‘Two possible paths: national funding or Union resources’

On the occasion of the presentation of the Competitiveness Report drafted by Mario Draghi, European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen takes stock of how the EU will finance resources: ‘We have two possible alternatives: through national funding or Union resources.
